1. Cancellation Policy

Because Lovelit generates your personalized PDF letter instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• If you were charged but the PDF was not generated due to a technical error.
• If the payment was deducted twice for the same order.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
